Wendy Bowes is a native of Michigan and brings her Midwest roots to the South Florida Real Estate market as a top producer in the Palm Beach and surrounding areas. After relocating to the Philadelphia area in the late 1990's, she started her own Buyer Brokerage firm in the Main Line area. South Florida was her next opportunity to grow her real estate business. Licensed as a Florida real estate agent for 16 years, Wendy is the go to agent when looking to lease, sell or buy residential real estate in South Florida. A full time Palm Beach resident and full time agent, she strives to be the best she can be. Intelligent, hard working and with superb knowledge of her market, she is determined to excel in making her clients' dreams come true. William McManus is a lawyer by profession and attended St. Anselm College, Manchester, New Hampshire where he earned a BA in political science and a minor in philosophy. William also attended Schiller College in Heidelberg, formerly West Germany; thereafter, William attended Loyola University School of Law in New Orleans where he earned a JD. Degree. Thereafter he associated with Great America Recreation as general counsel. Great America owned and operated Vernon Valley Great Gorge ski areas and the Action Park, a participating amusement park. Thereafter, Great America went on to develop recreational housing in developments known as Stone Hill and Crystal Springs which thereafter developed golf courses, hotels and spa facilities. Consequently William comes to the luxury real estate market with a great deal of experience in real estate development and law.
